Football has been with me all my life. 12 years of experience in the football business environment and 10 years as a young player.
I love this sport, especially its children’s and youth version. It is honest, real, and full of passion. Combining business and football is my greatest fulfillment. I had to discover this passion through my own experience. But let’s start from the beginning…

Football Academy
Manager
2014 – 2022
Opened the first Football Academy branch as the youngest franchise Manager in the history of Football Academy Group. Built the largest network of football schools (16) with a total of about 1,500 players. Sold the project in 2022.
Football Challange App
Founder
2014 – 2022
MVP of Football Challenge App (now FC.APP). Identified the problem faced by coaches and tournament organizers. Created the prototype.
Spice Gears Poland sp. z o. o.
Founder
2019 – 2022
Founded the company Spice Gears Poland sp. z o.o. — a franchise with robotics world vice-champions — and served as CEO. Built a full organizational structure and expanded the network into 12 Polish regions. Sold shares in 2022.

Rebranded and formalized the current company FC.APP S.A. Today it is my only and most important project, with plans for international expansion.
Experience
Children’s football requires professionalization
In my opinion, there is still much room for improvement in children’s and youth football. It lacks a professional approach and business habits that could significantly improve the quality of training for young players. Children’s football needs an entrepreneurial approach, where both sports and business aspects are managed with equal care. Clubs must have people responsible not only for the sporting side but also for finance and organization. Everything begins and ends with proper resource management, including finances. I apply all my acquired knowledge and experience to this ecosystem to create a more professional environment for young footballers. My goal is to professionalize children’s football, which will contribute to better training and development of young talents.
Main Business
FC.APP — my main and now only business.
FC.APP is a mobile application (and soon also WEB) for the football world, automating the organization of tournaments and friendlies – from finding teams, to management, to final reports. It allows live score tracking and provides a motivational system for players and parents. It is becoming the first radar for identifying young talents regardless of where they train. FC.APP already has 70,000 users and 28,000 teams.
How did it start? When I was hiring dozens of coaches, on average once a week one of them came asking for a raise, because he spent too much time finding sparring partners or teams for a tournament we were organizing. I realized that giving raises would not solve the problem if it remained. Systems thinking pushed me to create a lasting solution instead of a temporary fix.
And so, in a basement, with just a few thousand zlotys, the first prototype of Football Challenge APPwas born. Within two days, nearly 600 coaches registered! And then? The app crashed…
Today, we are a few years and millions of zlotys further ahead.
